All smoothies are freshly blended and frozen for deliveries. Thaw in fridge overnight, or out at room temp for 2 hours - shake well.

DO NOT refreeze, all frozen products expire after 30 days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with T4 Smooth. We are committed to delivering high-quality beverages and excellent service. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Email us at t4smooth@gmail.com with your order number and a clear image of the damaged or defective item(s).

  • Requests submitted after 21 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items once they have been delivered.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products not stored according to our instructions

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Orders reported damaged after the 21-day window

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive your damage claim with the required photo evidence, we will evaluate your request. If approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Order Issues and Customer Error

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Products not retrieved after delivery (e.g., left outside too long, resulting in spoilage)
